If we are unable to deliver your purchased items, you will receive a full refund onto the same card from the original transaction.
How the Contract is formed between YOU and US:
On our website it will show you step by step what you need to do to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order.
Please take the time to check all the details of your order at each page of the order process, and before clicking (“place order”) at the checkout, as you will not be able to make any changes to your order after this point.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched (“dispatch confirmation e-mail”). The contract between us (“contract”) will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation e-mail.
If an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded, if we have already taken payment.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if; the item you have ordered is unavailable, or out of stock, if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
The price payable for all products shall be as shown on the website.VAT charges are shown separately at the checkout point and must also be paid in advance.
You can pay for items on the website using the following payment options: Mastercard, Visa credit cards, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Electron debit cards and American Express charge cards. On the website you can also use PayPal.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
Discount codes can only be used once per customer, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Discount codes exclude sale items.
If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be:
- replace or repair any products that are damaged or defective; or
- refund to you the amount paid for the products in question.
If you discover that your product is faulty on acceptance of delivery, we reserve the right to request evidence, such as images of the defect, before issuing any refund of the price and/or any associated delivery charges.
